NJCE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

J.A. Montgomery Consulting and the NJCE JIF has created the “NJCE Leadership Academy” for Managers, Administrators, Department Heads, and Supervisors interested in sharpening and expanding communication, conflict resolution, stress management, and team-building skills. The program’s goal is to enhance our leadership skills by offering varied, in-depth managerial training, as more fully described below. Individuals who complete the program’s requirements within two years will receive plaques commemorating their graduation from the NJCE Leadership Academy.

PROGRAM COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS:

  • The student will complete the Mandatory classes and Elective classes within Two Years of the Program Start Date. (If the course curriculum is not completed within two-years of the program start date, registration in the Academy will need to be completed again with a new program start date.)
  • The student can select 4 elective classes of your choice.
  • If you have taken any of the Academy Leadership Curriculum Courses before your enrollment in the NJCE Leadership Academy, you will need to retake the classes to complete the program requirements.
  • Attendance at any of the Academy classes must be for the entire class runtime (cannot be more than 5 minutes late or leave early) in order to receive credit for the class (no exceptions) and for it to count towards completion in the Leadership Program.
